Turkish chicken soup

This is a kind of interesting recipe, the second special thing here is that your children will drink it very happily and eat it. They will think that you have added noodles in it, however, there is no such thing as what has been added. If you want, friends, you can prepare it, you will keep it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes and if you like me, you want to make it in a dekhchi or in a kadhai, then it will take you 20 to 25 minutes, okay. Mix it well. Here I have added seven to eight glasses of water. If you have a small vessel then add five glasses. You can add more water as you go ahead. It is not necessary that like me, six to seven. You have to add a glass of water. Okay, let's cover it and we have to make the yakhni for 25 minutes. Cover it well and cook it. So friends, Alhamdulillah, 255 minutes have passed. After 25 minutes, I turned off the flame. It has been closed and the yakhni is emitting wonderful aromas. It is ready. So see, I am showing you closely. Our chicken is of excellent quality and has become tender. Okay, we have to shred it and keep it aside. We have to strain this yakhni but one thing that you have to take care of is that it is stuck to the foam on the sides, you have to keep it strained while playing with it. Okay, so let's serve it in a beautiful bowl, emitting hot and fragrant aromas. They are very soft now because they have been cooked for 25 minutes, so you have to do this work on low flame, whatever you have on low flame, you have to mash or break them in this way, okay, one thing you have to take care of is that they You have to take the sabotage quickly, before the oil gets heated, because it will change its color very quickly, so when it gets a light golden color, then you have to start adding things to it along with the rest of the things, it is okay. We will mash them properly and whatever effect they have, we have taken them out in the Yakhni, so we will not waste them. We have taken out the effect of other things too and we will waste them except the chicken. Okay, you have to shred the chicken and keep it aside. Let's go. I have taken four to five green chillies here, which I have cut in this manner. I will fry them for one to two minutes. You have to take care of the crackling. The flame will be low if you fry them on high flame. So these will burn very quickly, okay, we have added a small onion here, if it is of medium size, then you will take half, okay, you have to take care of one thing, you should not add too much onion nor too much. We want to make it red, okay, so what we have here, we have to sauté it for one to 2 minutes. Next thing, we have to add carrots here, I had a big size carrot which I have grated, okay if you want. You can also cut and add them, but if the pattern remains the same, then your thing will also look beautiful. If you have small carrots then you can take two. It is okay if it is of big size, then take only one which is here. Well, we have to saute this also for one and a half minutes, what other vegetables do we have to add in it, we will keep watching one by one, you have to add in the same quantity, Inshallah, the taste will be amazing, okay, let's go here. I took one medium sized capsicum and cut it lengthwise in this manner. Four to five tablespoons were cut in this manner. I have added cabbage here.
